- Notice is hereby given that the Jensen Water Improvement District (JWID) will hold a public hearing to discuss an application to be submitted to the Permanent Community Impact Board (CIB) for funding of the proposed Brush Creek Road to Sunshine Bench Road waterline project. This project would consist of replacing aging 10' line with a new 12' waterline. JWID will solicit comments concerning the size, scope and nature of the funding request for the above project. All interested people shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The public is encouraged to attend. The public hearing will be held on Thursday, September 10th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Jensen Water Improvement District Office located at 5950 South 8500 East, Jensen, UT 84035.
