Participants may also join virtually on Microsoft Teams at the link provided. 1. 4:00 PM - Roll Call 2. Review and Approve September 10, 2025 Meeting Minutes 3. Revive and Reside Grant 4. Review, Discuss, and Approve the Main Street Plan 5. Broadway Area Wide Plan/Results 6. Discuss Downtown Trick or Treat 7. Nominate a Board Chair 8. Discussion/Questions from Board Members as Needed 9. Adjourn
