- PUBLIC NOTICE The next regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Mosquito Abatement District (UMAD) will be held on August 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the District Office, located at 1425 East 1000 South in Naples, Utah. (Telephonic participation for Board Members is available as per District Policy adopted April 9, 2020). AGENDA 1. Call to order. 2. Prayer or Inspirational Thought. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Roll Call. 5. Public input. 6. Report on the Fraud Risk Hotline email and drop box at the District office. 7. Approval of July 21, 2026, Special Board Meeting Minutes. 8. Approval of Bills, Expenditures, and Financial Statements. 9. Report on the findings regarding the Zions Bank checking account additional fees. Discussion/Action. 10. Report on the 2025 Auditor selection, audit progress, and audit acceptance. Discussion/Action. 11. Approval to purchase new equipment, sale of used equipment and retain current equipment. a. Purchase: (2) Trucks, (1) Snowplow and accessories, (1) Tommy Gate liftgate, (1) fogger, (3) ATVs, (2) ATV trailers, (2) Mesa 4 tablets. b. Sale: (1) fogger, (2) ATVs, (2) Mesa 3 tablets. 12. Study of salary and wage levels for District employees. Discussion/Action. 13. Review of the Manager's Report - Discussion and Action as needed. 14. Rescheduling October 29, 2026, Board Meeting. Discussion/Action. 15. Future Agenda items. 16. Vote to adjourn.
