- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who wish to address the Council may do so at this time. All comments will be documented in the minutes, however, no action can be taken at this meeting due to not being on the agenda. Any item requiring a vote will need to be placed on the next regular Council Meeting Agenda.) Limited to three minutes. DISCUSSION ITEMS/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 2. Dan Fechner, Jones & DeMille. 3. Discussion on WUI Ordinance & Map. 4. Andy Camarena Surplus Land Purchase. 5. Aureus (URS) Software. 6. Water Tanks Inspection and Cleaning. 7. City Vehicle: Repair or Surplus and Purchase. 8. Street Signs, Sidewalk and Cemetery Memorial Project. CONSENT AGENDA. 1. Approval of Consent Agenda Items. A. Minutes from August 10, 2026.
