A Kanosh Town meeting will be held Wednesday, April 12 @ 6:00 pm in the Kanosh Town Hall, for the purpose of meeting with Franson Engineering for an update on the Corn Creek Project! - KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION - NOTICE AND AGENDA - Notice is hereby given that the Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular Kanosh Town Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2023, in the Kanosh Town Hall located at - 55 North Main Street, Kanosh, Utah. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR KANOSH TOWN PUBLIC MEETING Mayor Scott McDonald a. Invocation -Audience invited to participate. b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Approval of minutes from the previous meeting d. Approval of payment of Warrants for the current meeting e. CERT: Geri Minton f. Fire Department: Lorin Shumway Fire Chief g. Planning and Zoning: *Building Permits *Ordinance: residential Development requirements Action: Proceed as recommended REVIEW, DISCUSSION AND ACTION ON .... Electrical Fee Schedule Resolution 41223 Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Park Reservation deposit/refunds Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Spring Limb clean up Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Gopher bid for the cemetery: Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members F150 bid opening: Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Old Plow bid opening Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Hiring an Employee for the cemetery and park Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members 24th of July: Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council member Shonda Robinson: Annexation Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members COUNCIL REPORT ON DEPARTMENTS: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water Utility Delinquency Review: PUBLIC COMMENTS (Three Minute Limitation Each) FOLLOW UP ON OLD BUSINESS Corn Creek Project Update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Culinary Well Project update Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members CLOSED SESSION (if necessary) to DISCUSS one or more of the following: the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares, deployment of security personnel, devices or systems investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct. ACTION ON CLOSED SESSION ADJOURN In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for these meetings should call the City Offices at 435-759-2415, giving at least 48 hours advance notice. Meetings of the Kanosh Town Council may be conducted by electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Annotated, Section 52-4-207. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained by telephone or other electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Kanosh Town resolution 061318 [electronic meetings. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY The undersigned duly appointed Town Recorder certifies that a copy of the forgoing 'Notice and Agenda' was delivered to each member of the Kanosh Town Council, posted in 4 separate locations in Kanosh Town and published on the Utah Public Meeting Notice website
