- KANOSH TOWN CORPORATION NOTICE AND AGENDA Kanosh Town Council will hold its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the Kanosh Town Hall, located at 55 North Main. Street, Kanosh, Utah WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER OF REGULAR KANOSH TOWN PUBLIC MEETING *Invocation by Council Member Brian Batt -Audience invited to participate. *Pledge of Allegiance led by Council Member Tim White *Approval of minutes from the previous meeting *Approval of payment of warrants for the current meeting CERT: Geri Minton Fire Department: Lorin Shumway, Fire Chief Planning and Zoning: *Building Permits REVIEW, DISCUSSION, AND ACTION ON .... Ratification of Deferral letter of RFP to Millard County for EMS Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members 24th of July - Any last minute assignments Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Discussion on Council approval of timecards, minutes, etc. Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Discussion on Zanskar Geothermal & Minerals Co. water purchase Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Review electrical rates and potentially reset the surcharge based on the review Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members Shannon Greene - Fence replacement notice - No Action Necessary Department reviews - Council Report on Departments: i.e. park, cemetery, electrical, roads, & water Utility Delinquency Review Public Comments: (Three Minute Limitation Each) Follow Up on Old Business: *Well Project Action: Discussion/approval as directed by Council members CLOSED SESSION (if necessary) to DISCUSS one or more of the following: the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; collective bargaining pending or reasonably imminent litigation, the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, the sale of real property, including any form of water rights or water shares, deployment of security personnel devices or systems investigative proceedings regarding allegations of misconduct.
