Ordinance No. 2026-01, Wildland-Urban Interface Ordinance - Receive public comment regarding proposed Ordinance No. 2026-01 adopting regulations related to the Wildland-Urban Interface (WUI), including adoption of the City's official Wildland-Urban Interface Map as required by House Bill 48 (2025). 4. Resolution No. R02-2026 - Receive public comment regarding a resolution establishing and adopting the official Wildland-Urban Interface Map for the City of Green River. New Business: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny Proclamation for September 2026 Suicide prevention and Awareness Month 2. Discuss Options for construction, demolition, and refuse waste other than a landfill 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny Renewal of lease to Airbuild, for property located near the sewer ponds. 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny UDOT Railroad Crossing Safety Grant Program for the crossing on Airport Road 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Riverside Park in Elgin Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant 6. Public Comment Old Business: 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny Public Safety Building security RFP GJ26-146 Award to Superior Security Services 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Grant 693JJ32640600 Award to Hales Engineering. 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny Class IVb Landfill Project RFP GJ26-147 10.
