- NOTICE AND AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Beaver County Waste Management Service District #5 of Beaver County, Utah will hold a meeting at 7:00 PM at the Milford Landfill, 7300 S 800 E, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Thursday, August 20, 2026. 1. CHAIRMAN'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call 2. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial Reports b. Approval of Bills & Payroll c. Approval of Minutes 3. NEW BUSINESS a. Ratification of the Award of the Residential Solid Waste Collection Contract to Elevate Recycling & Disposal Services of Utah; Possible Board Action b. Discussion of Flood Debris Resulting from the Beaver Flooding; Consideration of Whether to Continue Accepting Flood Debris at No Charge or Establish a Disposal Fee; Possible Board Action c. Annual Board Training - Open Public Meetings Act; Professional & Conflict of Interest Training 4. OLD BUSINESS a. Discussion of Proposed Increase to Commercial Solid Waste Rates; Possible Board Action b. Discussion of the Scope of the $15 Residential Solid Waste Service Fee & Charges for Larger Residential Loads; Possible Board Action 5. RESOLUTIONS a. Resolution No. 2026-1 - A Resolution Granting Elevate Recycling & Disposal Services of Utah the Exclusive Right to Collect & Transport Residential Solid Waste in Beaver County; Possible Board Action 6.
