PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Promontory Commerce Center Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PROMONTORY COMMERCE CENTER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON AUGUST 21, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on March 30, 2026 D. Action Items 1. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget 2. Consider approval to ratify D.A. Davidson Engagement Agreement 3. Consider approval of the DAC Engagement Agreement 4. Consider Resolution 2026-04 CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF PROMONTORY COMMERCE CENTER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO ASSESSMENT ORDINANCE AND NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT INTEREST FOR THE PROMONTORY COMMERCE CENTER ASSESSMENT AREA, IN ORDER TO AMEND THE AMOUNT OF ASSESSMENTS, THE ALLOCATION OF ASSESSMENTS, AND CERTAIN OTHER CHANGES; APPROVING AN UPDATED APPRAISAL; AUTHORIZING THE TAKING OF ALL OTHER ACTIONS NECESSARY TO THE CONSUMMATION OF THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED BY THIS RESOLUTION; AND RELATED MATTERS. 5. Consider ratification of change orders for the Promontory Commerce Center Sewer Project. E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
