- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the regular meeting on the 19th day of August 2026. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Approval of minutes from the meeting on July 15, 2026 and the special meeting on July 23, 2026. 5. Discussion and consideration of a business license for Stars Elite LLC. - Isabelle Chavez. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing recorder@helpercity.gov. I, Traci Bishop, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 14th day of August, 2026 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
