- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold its monthly meeting at 2:30 PM on Friday, August 21, 2026. This meeting will be held in person at the Wasatch County Library and virtually via Zoom. The meeting link is available on the library's 'About' webpage at https://www.wasatchlibrary.org/about. Public comments and questions will be accepted via email up to one hour before the live meeting. Send comments, questions, or a request for online meeting credentials to Juan Lee, Library Director, at jlee@wasatch.utah.gov ANCHOR LOCATION: WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, August 21, 2026 AGENDA The order of agenda items is subject to change without notice. 1. Call to Order & Welcome: Library Board Chair. HANDOUT #1 2. Public Comment: Time for members of the public to make comments on issues not included on today's agenda. 3. Approval of Minutes A. Minutes of the regular Board meeting held on June 26, 2025. HANDOUT #2 NOTE: No meeting held on July 17, 2026, due to lack of quorum. 4. Consent Agenda Items A. Report on expenditures as of the end of July 30, 2026. HANDOUT #3 B. Library Admin Report, July 2026. HANDOUT #4 a. Media Coverage. HANDOUT #5 5. Business A. Proposed Board member position changes for 2026-2027: a. Chair: Amber Koecher b. Vice Chair/Chair: Cristina Spicer c. Secretary: Gary Turner d. Member-at-large: Danny Goode e. County Council Representative: Luke Searle B. Review status of funds left by the former Friends of the Library group. HANDOUT #6 C. Discussion: Dates/Times of regular Library Board meetings for 2026-2027. D. Discussion: Date/Time of new Library Trustee Orientation. 6. Call for Agenda Items for Next Meeting Date & Time TBD. 7. Closed Session - as needed The Board may consider a motion to enter a Closed Session in accordance with UCA 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, exchange or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 8.
