- NOTICE AND AGENDA COMBINED CITY COUNCIL/PLANNING COMMISSION WORK SESSION THURSDAY, JULY 9, 2026 Notice is hereby given that a combined City Council/Planning Commission work session will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the EOC.
