- CITY OF SUNSET STATE OF UTAH CERTIFICATE OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE NO. 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SUNSET ADDING CHAPTER 13: RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR PERSONS WITH A DISABILITY TO TITLE 3: BUSINESS AND LICENSE REGULATIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR RELATED MATTERS I, Nicole Supp the undersigned, City Recorder of the City of Sunset, Utah, do hereby certify that the above-entitled Ordinance was duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Sunset, Utah, at a regular meeting held on June 2, 2026, and that the Ordinance has been published by posting notice thereof on The Public Notice Website, in accordance with the requirements of Utah Code Annotated ยง 10-3-711, as amended.
