- The Town of Mantua Council Agenda August 20th, 2026 Held at Mantua Town Hall Time: 6:30 PM REGULAR MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Mantua Town Council, Utah, will hold its Regular Meeting in person at the Mantua Town Hall, located at 409 North Main St. Mantua, Utah, on Thursday, August 20, 2026. 1. CALL TO ORDER Roll Call Invocation or Thought Pledge of Allegiance 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES Approve minutes for the Public Hearing for the Town of Mantua Culinary Water, Garbage, and Recycling Utility Rate Adjustments held on July 16, 2026. Approve minutes for the Town Council Regular Meeting held on July 16, 2026. 3. CONSIDERATION TO PAY BILLS Motion and vote to approve bills signed on August 20th, 2026. 4. PUBLIC COMMENT Public comments are limited to matters not otherwise listed on the agenda. The Council may listen but may not take action on items raised during public comment. Time limits are at the discretion of the mayor. 5. PRESENTATIONS & INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Civic Review: obtaining services Presenter: Robert Thayne 6.
