- Notice is hereby given that the Logan Municipal Council will hold a Truth in Taxation meeting beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers located at 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah 84321. The public are invited to attend in person or via Zoom. - INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING AUGUST 11, 2026, at 6:00 PM Join the August 11, 2026, Truth in Taxation Public Hearing at 6:00 PM electronically at the following Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87521155476 To participate: On Desktop: Click the large Raise Hand button on the Zoom Toolbar and the bottom of the page. Click the Lower hand on the same toolbar once you are done speaking. On Mobile: Tap your screen to show controls. Tap the More button ( ) three dots icon. Select Raise Hand from the pop-up list. The Host will unmute you individually and invite you to make your public comment. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed resolution approving the FINAL Tax Rate that exceeds the Certified Tax Rate (Tax Increase) of 0.001085 for Calendar Year 2026 and Fiscal Year 2026-2027 - Resolution 26-19 - Richard Anderson, Finance Director B. PUBLIC HEARING - Consideration of a proposed resolution approving the FINAL Revenues and Expenditures Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 in the amount of $222,136,462 - Resolution 26-20 - Richard Anderson, Finance Director 3. Adjourn ________________________________________ Public Notice of Posting On Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., a copy of this notice was posted in a conspicuous location in the front foyer of Logan City Hall, Logan, Utah. A copy was also posted on: - The Logan City website: loganutah.gov - The Utah Public Meeting Notice website: http://pmn.utah.gov Dated: August 6, 2026 Recorder: Teresa Harris, City Recorder________________________________________ Meeting Access and Participation Council members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. When participating remotely, members will be connected by speakerphone, which will be amplified to ensure all participants in the Council Chambers can hear the discussion.________________________________________ ADA Accommodations In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), individuals who require accommodations or assistance for this meeting should contact: Teresa Harris, City Recorder 435-716-9002 Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.________________________________________ Meeting Guidelines: To ensure an orderly and respectful meeting, please observe the following: - Items will generally be considered in the order listed on the agenda. The Council may adjust the order as needed. - Speakers should keep comments relevant to the item being considered. - Disruptive behavior, including cheers, jeers, or other outbursts, is not permitted. - For items with many speakers, time limits may be imposed. - Public comment closes once the Council has moved on from an item, unless reopened by the Council. - Individuals wishing to speak should sign in at the podium. - All comments must be made at the microphone to ensure they are recorded. - All questions and comments should be directed to the Council through the Chair Mark A.
