- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of SUCCESS Academy will hold an online meeting on the Google Meet platform. The online address for this meeting is SUCCESS Academy Board meet.google.com/she-xxge-sbo Please call 435-879-4629 for assistance logging in if needed. The meeting will commence at 5:00pm on Thursday, August 17, 2026. The agenda for this meeting consists of the following: Conducting: Jodi Porter A. Approval of minutes 1. 8-6-26 B. Public Input C. Information Items 1. Review of Expenditures and Revenue (Colin) 2. Enrollment Trend Document (Gavin, Derek) 3. Board Training on Open and Public Meeting Act Requirement (Link) 4. Required Board Utah Ethics Training (Link) D. Action Items 1. Teacher and Student Success Act (TSSA) Program 2027 (Colin) a. The school plan goal shall be used to improve school performance or student academic achievement. The plan will consist of: Teachers providing tutoring Counselors Tutors Summer school programs After school programs 2. Board Member Term Limits and Officer Discussion and voting (if possible) E. Executive Session (Motion to enter into executive session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation) *This meeting is being held at SUU SUCCESS as well as Google meet. F. Reconvene to Open Session G. Possible Action from Closed Session H. Adjournment Next board meeting will be October 5, 2026, 5pm at SUU Multipurpose Room 205, Cedar City Utah. This meeting will also be broadcast to the UTU SUCCESS Atwood Innovations Plaza conference room
