- Notice is hereby given that the Kanab City Council will hold a regular council meeting on the 14th day of July 2026, in the City Council chambers at the Kanab City Office, 26 N 100 E, Kanab, Utah. The Council Meeting will convene at 6:30 p.m. and the agenda will be as follows: WORK MEETING 1) MAYOR AND COUNCIL BUSINESS - LIAISON REPORTS 2) CITY STAFF BUSINESS BUSINESS MEETING 1) CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL 2) PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD: Members of the public are invited to address the Council. Participants are asked to keep their comments to 3 minutes and follow the rules of civility outlined in Kanab Ordinance 3-601. 3) CONSENT ITEMS: (Consent items contain routine, non-controversial items that require City Council action but need little or no City Council deliberation). A) Approval of City Council Minutes: Regular City Council Meeting - June 23, 2026 B) Approval of Accounts Payable Vouchers Accounts Payable June 23, 2026 - $1,208,610.31 Accounts Payable June 25, 2026 - $249,601.00 Accounts Payable June 18, 2026 - $198,680.48 4) BOARD COMMISSION, COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS: No Items 5) PRESENTATIONS: A) Employee Recognition 6) PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: No Items 7) ACTION ITEMS READY FOR VOTE: A) Discussion and Consideration of an Ordinance Approving a Zone Change for Parcel K-19-12A-Annex, Located West of the Future Ace Hardware Development (Approx. 50 West 830 South) B) Discussion and Consideration of Approving the Purchase of Playground Equipment Through the Utah Outdoor Recreation Grant. C) Discussion and Consideration of the Purchase of Sand Filtration Equipment Replacement for the Kanab City Pool. D) Discussion and Consideration of the Purchase of a Lakeside Raptor Sewer Rake System Using Sewer Impact Fees. 8) ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION: No Items 9) REVIEW AND DISCUSSION OF THE AUGUST 11, 2026 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA.
