CLOSED SESSION The Board will consider a motion to enter into a closed meeting for the purpose of a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation and to discuss the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; to be held in accordance with the provisions of Utah Code 52-4-205 11. ACTION ON- Change Order No. 4 from Corrio, Inc. for an extension on the completion date of the 2700 W Lift Station 12. DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Request for Quote award for the cross-connection remediation at approx. 5025 W and 4075 S to Anyhour Plumbing for $25,403.40 13. DISCUSSION AND ACTION- Resolution 07-2026 Approving and adopting the Landlord Agreement form for the District 14. CONSENT AGENDA A. Action on minutes (June 22, 2026) B.
