- MEETING NOTICE OF THE POWDER MOUNTAIN WATER and SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Public Notice is hereby given that the Powder Mountain Water and Sewer Improvement District will hold a public meeting at the District Office located at 298 24th St. Ste.150 Ogden, Utah commencing on August 18, 2026, at 3:00 PM (All Board Members and staff will be participating VIA Microsoft Teams Meeting ID #213 926 162 234 701 Passcode: im2nr2yJ. Please send email comments to jstrong@pmwsid.gov The Agenda for the meeting consists of the following: A. Welcome - Chair Andrew Stark B. Public Comments C. Treasurer's Report D. Approval of Consent Items - Request for Approval of the Financials that were reviewed - Request for Approval of the warrants in the amount of $304,434.85 - Request for Approval of Meeting Minutes o July 21, 2026 E. Business Items - Pool Policy - Resolution 2026.06 - ADU Policy - Resolution 2026.05 - Water CFP and IFFP - Sewer CFP and IFFP - Bloomington Well Bill of Sale - Reduction of Excess District Assets Through Procurement Requirements F. District Manager Update - Aquifer Status and Construction Water - Sewer Metering Project - AI/BI Integration - Snowmaking Pipeline and Mary's Tank G. Request for motion to adjourn the public meeting for a closed strategy session to discuss the acquisition of real property, including any form of water right, and any pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
