Center Street, Duchesne, Utah, to discuss and act on the following: - Opening Comments - Pledge of Allegiance - Discussion & Consideration to Award Bid for the 2000 West Overlay Project - Public Works Update - Emergency Management Update - Discussion & Consideration of Selecting an Ambulance Provider - Public Comments - Discussion & Consideration of Appointing Board Members to the Hanna Water & Sewer Improvement District - Summation of County Fair Activities & Events - Discussion & Consideration of a Temporary Beer Permit - Discussion & Consideration of Board of Equalization (BOE) Valuation Changes - Discussion & Consideration of County Volunteers - Discussion & Consideration of the New IRS Mileage Rate - Auditors Office - Vouchers - Tax Adjustments - Deferrals - Payroll - Surplus - Business Licenses - Consideration of Minutes of the Combined Commission Meeting held August 03, 2026 - Discussion of Possible Subjects for the Next Meeting - Commission Calendaring & Weekly Updates on Events - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1- The Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual; 2- Collective Bargaining; 3- Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation; 4- The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, or Lease of Real Property; 5- Deployment of Security Personnel, Devices, or Systems; and 6- Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct - Consideration to Take Action Discussed Under Closed Meeting Public Hearing 1:00 pm - Discussion & Consideration of Ordinance 26-432; An Ordinance Amending the Appeal Authority, Appeal and Variance Hearing Requirements, and Amending the Appeal Standard or Review
