Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Prayer or Inspirational Thought (Contact the City Recorder to request meeting participation by offering a prayer or inspirational thought) 4. Adoption of the 2026 Proposed Property Tax Rate - Mr. Ryan Harvey 7.1. Statement of Proposed Property Tax Rate Increase and Proposed Property Tax Rate Increase Impact Schedule 7.2.
