BOX 138 - 161 E 300 N HINCKLEY, UTAH 84635 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THE MAYOR & COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF HINCKLEY, UTAH WILL HOLD A THE REGULAR TOWN COUNCIL MEETING ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 20, 2026, AT 7:00 PM IN THE TOWN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT 161 E. 300 N. HINCKLEY, UT. THE AGENDA ORDER MAY BE AS FOLLOWS: INVOCATION I. PLEDGE II. ROLL CALL III. GUESTS IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING V. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES, AND COMMUNICATION VI. REPORT OF GOVERNING BODY - BOARDS - COMMITTEES: ALAN MILLER, RON BLACK, CHRIS MORK, SKIP TAYLOR, KRISTI TOWNSEND VII. STAFF REPORTING VIII. NEW BUSINESS 1. Review and consider approval and issuance of an Escrow Agreement for Completion Assurance to include an updated Completion Assurance Amount for Apex Development Partners LLC/ Hinckley Topaz Townhomes Subdivision. 2. Review and consider a positive recommendation from the Planning Commission to adopt Ordinance 26-08-20, An ordinance amending Hinckley Town Code, Title 11 Land Use, Chapter 19 Subdivision, Section 6 Definitions and Section 21 Improvement Guarantees, Completion Assurances, and Warranties. An ordinance amending definitions to include 'Completion Assurance' and 11.19.21 C.3. to include acceptance of an irrevocable letter of credit. 3. Review and discuss Resolution 26-09-03, a resolution setting forth a ten-year sewer service rate schedule to ensure adequate debt service coverage and meet ongoing sewer fund expenditures. IX. OUTSTANDING BUSINESS X. MISCELLANEOUS DISCUSSION XI. TRAINING XII. APPROVE PURCHASE ORDERS & PAYMENT OF BILLS XIII. ADJOURNMENT
