- PUBLIC NOTICE; hereby given that the East Duchesne Culinary WID Board of Trustees will meet in a combined Working and Regular meetings on Wednesday, July 08, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM at the Duchesne County Building at 734 North Center street in Duchesne, Utah, for the purpose of discussing the following: - Welcome - Public Comments - Discussion & Consideration of Minutes of June 10, 2026 - Review Of Budgets, Bank Statements, Payroll, Invoices, Etc. - Review Of Usage for Crescent Energy/Javelin Per Contract - Discussion & Consideration of Rural Water Fall Conference - Discussion & Consideration of Land Purchase - Update From Forsgren Engineer Jason Broome on Various Projects for The District - Updates From District Manager Meters Equipment Purchases Antelope Lines Delinquencies - Consideration Of Updated Items from District Manager - Discussion & Consideration of a Water Conservation Plan & Monthly Rate increase - Closed Meeting - Strategy Sessions to Discuss: 1. Character, Professional Competence, Physical, Or Mental Health of an Individual. 2. Collective Bargaining. 3. Pending Or Reasonably Imminent Litigation. 4. The Purchase, Exchange, Sale, Or Lease of Real Property. 5. Deployment Of Security Personnel, Devices, Or Systems. 6. To Investigate Proceedings Regarding Allegations of Criminal Misconduct. - Consideration to take action that was discussed under closed meeting. - Adjournment
