- Utah Department of Transportation Utah Transportation Commission Davis County Area Road Tour Thursday, June 25, 2026 ITINERARY 1:50 p.m. Meet in the parking lot of Layton City Hall, located at 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton. 2 p.m. Depart for Area Road Tour The following projects will be discussed: Kays Creek Trail Overpass 650 North Interchange Study 1800 North Interchange 5600 South Interchange Riverdale Road Interchange I-84/US-89 Interchange Reconstruction 3 p.m. Return to Layton City. End of Tour. ** SPACE IS LIMITED** CONTACT HEATHER BARTHOLD (hbarthold@utah.gov) IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND The purpose of a tour or field visit is for the Commission to review and understand area needs and construction projects that are upcoming, in progress or completed.
