- ANNABELLA TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold a Town Council meeting & Public Hearings on Thursday, June 11, 2026 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor John Chartier conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Public Hearings 6:00 p.m. A. Public comment to be taken on the 2025/2026 amended budget and the proposed 2026/2027 budget and certified tax rate. B. Public comment to be taken to provide input on an application to the Permanent Community Impact Board for funding on the Annabella Town Culinary Water Project. Town Council Meeting I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen Input - limited to three minutes per comment II. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Opening of 2025/2026 budget, by resolution, for revenue and expenditure adjustments as necessary in the general fund, special revenue, capital project and enterprise funds D. Budget adoption, by resolution, of the 2026/2027 budget and certified tax rate E. Discuss equipment purchase options F. Water supply update & review of current water restrictions III.
