- July 2026 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regularly scheduled business meeting on July 9, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Budget Amendment a. Public Hearing 5. Finances 6. Operations: a. Performance report - weekly influent sampling b. Jesse Johnson Operator c. Maintenance Tech replacement (Karl Huffaker) d. Blue staking 7. Construction projects and repairs a. Lift Station number 1 (by Broken Arrow) b. Blue Moon Drive sewer repair c. Sunset sewer manhole location d. Collette/Weston Way pavement repair e. Chlorine shed f. Lagoon weed control 8.
