- Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regularly scheduled business meeting on August 13, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Finances 5. Operations: a. Performance report - weekly influent sampling b. Jesse Johnson Operator c. Lagoon Operation Performance d. Maintenance operator candidate (Randy Trimble) 6. Construction projects and repairs a. Sunset sewer manhole location b. Aerators c. Chlorine shed 7. Aerator Expansion project 8. Sewer Rate Study 9. Regional sewer treatment plant consideration 10. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 11. Adjournment
