- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, AUGUST 13, 2026 - 5:30 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and everyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING: 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments (3 minutes each) CONSENT AGENDA: 5. City Council Meeting Minutes from July 23, 2026 6. Warrant Register for August 13, 2026 7. Financial Statement for July 2026 8. Local Consent for Temporary Beer Even Permit for Iron County Fair ACTION AGENDA: 9. Consider New Reserve Officer Pay Rate 10. Consider Ordinance 2026-08 Updating PCMC 11.01.020 Regarding Re-Roofing of a House 11. Consider Annexation Petition for Heritage Hills Holdings LLC including Parcels C-0159-0021-0000 and C-1059-0005-0004 12.
