Welcome/pledge of allegiance and thought/prayer by Chris Olsen 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from June 24, 2026. 2. Public comment on items not on the agenda. 3. Discussion on scheduling for future Youth Theatre program performances. 4. Presentation of the Transportation Master Plan by representatives of J-U-B Engineers, Inc. 5. City Manager Report 6. Council Member and Mayor Reports Adjournment
