- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Helper City, a municipal corporation will hold the special meeting on the 23rd day of July 2026. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. Agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Pledge. 3. Roll call. 4. Discussion and possible approval of proposed build project at 4S 5th Ave for Colt Wilson. Public Comment: Adjournment: The public is invited to submit questions or comments 24 hours before the meeting on agenda items only by calling (435) 472-5391 or emailing deputyrecorder@helpercity.gov. I, Shaley Vasquez, Helper City Deputy Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 21st day of July, 2026 at City Hall and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Helper will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Request for assistance can be made by calling (435) 472-5391 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting to be attended.
