- WALLSBURG TOWN COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA April 13, 2023 - 7 pm 1. Call to Order Expected 7:00 pm a. Pledge of Allegiance b. Prayer/Inspirational Thought c. Roll Call 2. Consent Calendar: Be it hereby moved that the following consent calendar items stand approved: a. Agenda of the April 13, 2023 Town Council Meeting b. Minutes of the March 2, 2023 Town Council Meeting 3. Approve Budget a. March Budget and check register b. March Budget and check register questions 4. Public Comment (5 minutes): This is the public's opportunity to comment on items that are NOT on the agenda. Please come up to the table, state your name and address before making a comment, and speak loudly to assure comments are recorded properly. 5. Agenda Items: a. Wasatch County Health Department - Information and Discussion Only i. Jonelle Fitzgerald will present the Health Department's 2022 annual report. b. Utah Valley Marathon - Information and Discussion Only i. Hyrum Oaks will report on marathon last year and discuss if any changes are needed this year. c. Jay Hortin, Tri Ward Activities Committee - Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss plans for planning and participating in community wide activities. d. Utah Broadband Internet Grant - Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss Utah Broadband internet grant for fiber. ii. Schedule meeting to get the project started. e. Issues In Roadways - Information and Discussion Only i. Identify and discuss pothole and drainage issues as well as possible solutions. f. Property Code Violation - Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss spring cleaning for property code violations with trash, vehicles, junk, etc. g. Election Update - Information and Discussion Only i. Discuss Election timeline and preparations needed. 6. Department Reports a. To discuss continued agenda items, assignments i. Buildings (Scott Larsen) ii. Roads (Scott Larsen) iii. Cemetery (Justin Carlile) iv. Park (Terri Eisel) v.
