Discussion on right-of-way within Golf View / Golf Crest Estates subdivision located at approximately 425 West 2000 North. 2. Discussion on new concept drawing for Sunflower development located at approximately 640 West Harrisville Road. 3. Discussion on a potential mixed-use commercial project located at approximately 2440 North Highway 89. 4. Discussion on preliminary plat review for Dixon Creek Phase 2B located at approximately 1243 N Washington Blvd 5. Discussion on potential accessory unit for North Valley Bible Church located at approximately 2224 North Highway 89. 6. Continuing Projects. Certificate of Posting and Notice I, Cynthia Benson, certify that I am the Deputy City Recorder of Harrisville City, Utah, and that the foregoing Project Management agenda was posted and can be found at City Hall, on the City's website www.harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Harrisville City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
