- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Glenwood Town Council and to the general public that the Glenwood Town Council will hold its regular Town Council Meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Glenwood Town Hall located at 175 East 300 North, Glenwood, Utah. AGENDA 1. WELCOME 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 5. PENDING BUSINESS - Public Comments a. Time Limit: (e.g., 3 minutes) per person. b. Scope: Comments are limited strictly to the designated Public Comment period. c. Working Meeting Policy: Following the conclusion of Public Comment, the public portion of the agenda is closed. The Council will conduct its business without public participation, Q&A, or comment. d. Decorum Required: Outbursts, disruptions, applause, or speaking out of turn from the gallery are strictly prohibited. The Mayor/Chair reserves the right to order the removal of any individual who disrupts the order of the meeting. 6. PUBLIC COMMENTS 7. APPROVAL OF RESIDING IN TRAILER - Robert Harrison 8. Approval of Bills to be Paid b. Water Connection Fee 19. ADJOURNMENT I certify that copies of this Notice and Agenda were e-mailed to the governing body on the 10th day of August, 2026. Posted in three public places and to the Utah Public Notice Website on August 10, 2026. Sharlet R. Udy Clerk/Recorder The Town Council at its discretion may rearrange the order of any item(s) on the agenda. Final action may be taken on any item on the agenda. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Sharlet R. Udy, Town Clerk, at 896-0260 at least 24 hours before the meeting. In accordance with State Stature, Council may be two-thirds vote, go into a closed meeting. NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC COMMENT & MEETING DECORUM: Public comment is permitted only during the designated Public Comment period on the agenda. Once the Public Comment period has closed, the remainder of the meeting is a working business session for the Council. Members of the audience may not speak, offer comments, ask questions, or interrupt Council proceedings unless explicitly invited to do so by the Chair. Outbursts, cross-talk, or interruptions from the gallery are strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the meeting.
