- BLUFFDALE ARTS ADVISORY BOARD MEETING AGENDA Saturday, August 15, 2026 Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale Arts Advisory Board will hold a meeting Saturday, August 15, at Bluffdale City 2222 W. 14400 S. Bluffdale, Utah, scheduled to begin at 8:00 am, or as soon thereafter as possible. REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING 1. Welcome and Roll Call 2. Approval of minutes from July 11 meeting 3. Committee Updates (10 minutes each-Firm) a. Community Engagement (April Jones) b. Visual Arts (Ruth Gledhill) c. Youth Development (Kerry Severn) d. Eric Peterson Hidden Valley email e. Theatre Arts (Julie Fox) Decide on the shows we are doing next season. f. Financials (Katerina Melantieva) g. Marketing 4. Parade debrief- float next year? 6. Other comments and business Building update from Kelsha and Meghan Basement update Bluffdale Times - have an update article in the newsletter? 7. Public Comments (3 minutes each) 8.
