- Notice is hereby given to the members of the Hildale City Council and the public, that the City Council will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. (MDT), at 320 East Newel Avenue, Hildale City, Utah 84784. Councilmembers may be participating electronically by video or telephone conference. Members of the public may also watch the City of Hildale through the scheduled Zoom meeting. Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/81704140438 Comments during the public comment or public hearing portions of the meeting may be emailed to recorder@hildalecity.gov. All comments sent before the meeting may be read during the meeting and messages or emails sent during the meeting may be read at the Mayor's discretion. Welcome, Introduction and Preliminary Matters: Mayor Jessop Roll Call of Council Attendees: City Recorder Pledge of Allegiance: By Invitation of Mayor Jessop Conflict of Interest Disclosures: Mayor and Council Members Special Recognitions: 1. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed declaration and disposition of the following City-owned real property as surplus: 325 E Newel Ave, Parcel No. HD-SHCR-9-28 6. Consider approval of declaration and disposition of the following City-owned real property as surplus: 325 E Newel Ave, Parcel No. HD-SHCR-9-28 17. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed declaration and disposition of the following City-owned real property as surplus: 1340 West Uzona Ave, Parcel No. HD-HDIP-27 8. Consider approval of declaration and disposition of the following City-owned real property as surplus: 1340 West Uzona Ave, Parcel No. HD-HDIP-27 9. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding the adoption of the Water Conservation Plan dated February 27, 2026. 10. Consider approval of Resolution number 2026-08-01 adopting the Water Conservation Plan.
