- Notice is hereby given that Fairview City Library Board will hold its regular meeting on the 11th of August 2026, at Fairview City Hall, 85 South State Street, Fairview, Utah, which meeting shall begin at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Jette Utley, Board Chairperson 2. Invocation - By invitation 3. Review of minutes 4. Library Director Report 4.1. Wales Library update 4.2. Librarian subs needed 5. Committee Reports 6. Approve Bylaws Amendment for using the library only during business hours 7. Discuss substitute librarian or assistant 8. Board term lengths and renewals 9.
