CALL MEETING TO ORDER a. Invocation or Expression: Councilmember Dave Neff b. Pledge: Councilmember Amy Regan 2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. Comments may be submitted prior to the meeting to be read in as part of the official record. The council may or may not respond to non-agenda issues brought up under public comment. Those wishing to comment should state their full name and address, and whom they represent on the subject matter to be addressed. No person shall interrupt legislative proceedings. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR: ACTION- approve/deny a. Bills against the City through 8-11-2026 in the amount of $1,150,230 4. Update and Acknowledgement of 2024 International Building Code: City Planner, Stephanie Woolstenhulme ACTION- Consent 5. CELEBRATION APPRECIATION: Mayor Wilmoth and Councilmembers 6. MAYOR REPORT 7. COUNCILMEMBER REPORTS: a. COUNCILMEMBER DILLMAN (Wastewater, Rodeo Facility, Rodeo Committee) b. COUNCILMEMBER FRAZIER (Roads, Celebration Committee) c. COUNCILMEMBER NEFF (Water system, Rodeo Committee) d. COUNCILMEMBER REGAN (Parks, Trails) e. COUNCILMEMBER SMART (Grants, Trails/Open Space) 8. EXECUTIVE (CLOSED) SESSION: The governing body of the city may enter a closed session for reasons authorized pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 52-4-205 9. ADJOURNMENT
