- The Mt. Pleasant City Community Development & Renewal Agency held a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Welcome - Chairperson 2. Roll Call - Secretary 3. Approval of Minutes - Chairperson June 9th, 2026, Regular CDRA Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. June 25th, 2026, Special CDRA Meeting held at 6:40 p.m. 4. Approval of Claims - Chairperson Invoice Register dated June 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026, in the amount of 224,893.64 Invoice Register dated July 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, in the amount of 33,033.33 5. CDRA Executive Director Report 6. CDRA Chairperson Report 7. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available.
