- PUBLIC NOTICE For the Monthly Meeting of the Governing Board of THE CEDAR MOUNTAIN SERVICE DISTRICT To be held July 08, 2026 at 6:30 pm at 3620 N. Mammoth Creek Road, Duck Creek Village, Utah 84762 AGENDA Call meeting to order Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance Public Comment: Public participation (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). Citizens wishing to speak during public participation are asked to state their name for the record and limit comments to a minimal duration and/or for no longer than two (2) minutes. Board Member Comments Chairperson Comments Items on the agenda may be taken out of order and times listed are approximate. A member of the Board may request the combination of two or more agenda items for consideration. A Board member may also request removal of an item from the agenda or to delay discussion at any time. The Board, at their discretion, may accept public comment on any listed agenda item unless more notice is required by the Open and Public Meetings Act. Consent Agenda All items listed under the Consent Agenda are considered routine and may be acted upon by the Board with one action and without general discussion or a hearing. Any member of the Board or any citizen may request that an item be taken from the Consent Agenda, discussed and acted upon separately during this meeting. For possible action: Approval of Agenda For possible action: Approval of Public Hearing Minutes of June 5, 2026. Approval of Minutes of June 06, 2026 Board Meeting For possible action: Approval of June 2026 expenditures ** End of Consent Agenda ** Monthly Meeting 6:35 pm - Commissioner Comments 6:40 pm - Treasurer's Report 6:45 pm - Clerk's Report 6:55 pm - District Manager's Report, to include Dust, Snow, Facilities, Equipment, etc.; this is a report only and not for action. 7:05 pm - Chief's Report, to include all Fire, EMS & Wildland operations; this is a report only and not for action. 7:15 pm - Personnel Report: action may include approving and/ratifying personnel actions.. 7:20 pm - Firefighting/EMS: Action may include approving and/or ratifying repairs, purchase of new equipment, supplies or staffing needs, etc. and/or approving purchases specific to grant income. 7:30 pm - Wildland Report: Review Wildland season, discuss any equipment, supplies or staffing needs. Action may include approving and/or ratifying repairs, purchase of new equipment, supplies or staffing needs, etc. and/or approving purchases specific to grant income. 7:40 pm - Dust Statement: Review dust statement. Action may include adopting the statement and reading the statement for public information. 7:45 pm - Dust Fees: Review recommendation to increase Dust fee from $125 per year to $150 per year. Action may include approving a new fee amount. 7:55 pm - Policies and Procedures, SOPs, SOGs, EOGs: Review recommended updates for policies, procedures, SOPs, SOGs and/or EOGs as part of the ongoing review and updating of District Policies. Action may include approving SOP's, SOG's, EOG's and district policies. 8:00 pm - Other Business 8:05 pm - Closed Session, if needed, to discuss personnel or pending or reasonably imminent litigation. 8:15 pm - Adjournment
