- NEWTON PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA August 13, 2026 7:00 pm Public Notice is hereby given that the Newton Town Planning Commission will hold its regular scheduled meeting on August 13th at 7:00 p.m. at the Newton Town Hall in the Town Council Chambers located at 51 South Center Newton, Utah 84327 The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda line items may be discussed in any order.) Meeting Agenda 1. Welcome, Roll call, and Opening Ceremony: Calvin Kremin 2. Reporting on Commission Assigned Tasks: -Brock Call, Community Character, Natural Resources -Debbie Rashall, Traffic and Circulation -Holly Call, Housing -Cass Bleazard and Calvin Kremin, Amendments to Plan, Basic Public Services, Land Use, Economic Goals, Development Beyond Town Border
