Welcome 2. Approval of July 13, 2026 Meeting Minutes 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny digitization of records for the District 4. Engineering Report by Johansen and Tuttle Engineering Current Projects: Lawrence East Project Cottonwood Canyon Road Widening Project (Fossil Rock Project) 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Change Orders and/or Project Advancements 6. District History Book Update and Mineral Lease Report by Bevan Wilson 7. Discuss/Approve/Deny negotiating a payment plan with Carbon County regarding money owed to SSD#1 8. Discuss/Approve/Deny bills to be paid and acceptance of financial report(s) Payment of Bills Presented by Maegan Crosland Review of financial reports 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny Distribution of Mineral Lease Revenue There was $5,279.01 allocated before adjustments, but this will pay towards the outstanding balance owed to the hardship funding.
