- NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT August 12, 2026, 6:00 p.m. 860 W LeVoy Dr, Suite 300, Taylorsville, UT 84123 801-678-2651 TTY 711 Members of the Board of Trustees may participate electronically. Portions of meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. The public may attend board meetings either in person or online (see 'Video and Audio', below). 1. Call to Order - Keith Zuspan, Chair 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve July 22, 2026, and August 5, 2026, Board Meeting Minutes - Marla Howard (5 minutes) 5. Approve Task Order No. 2 to the Master Professional Services Agreement dated August 13, 2025, for Butterfield Canyon Road Washout Remediation Including Drainage Design Alternatives in the not-to-exceed amount of $119,877.22 - Chad Anderson (5 minutes) 6. Approve Contract with Lyndon Jones Construction, Inc. for Emergency Butterfield Canyon Slide/Roadway Repairs at a not-to-exceed cost of $750,000 - Chad Anderson (5 minutes) 7. Approve a Budget Adjustment transferring $948,324 from RAISE Magna Downtown to 7200 W from SR-201 to 2100 S ($798,324) and 9100 W Sidewalk Project ($150,000) - Chad Anderson (5 minutes) 8. Approve U.S. Department of Transportation Grant Agreement under the Safe Streets and Roads for All Grant Program with a Federal Share of $400,000 and the MSD to Provide $100,000 as the Recipient Share - Bianca Pulino (5 minutes) 9. Appoint Daniel Hoffman as the District Clerk - Keith Zuspan (5 minutes) 10. General Manager report - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 11.
