- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday June 11th, 2026 Time: 9:00 A.M. USDA Conference Room Location: 32 East 450 North Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions 2. NRCS Business: Wade Ingram & Planners of NRCS a) Updates-Present producers' plans to board members. Discussions and questions on each project will be answered by every planner assigned to each project. (This section of the meeting will proceed into a closed session and reconvene into an open session once all questions and approvals are met.) b) Other information 3. UDAF Business: JP Contreras/Breeann Bloomfield a) Updates Watershed-Breeann will be presenting two projects to the board members. (We will proceed into a closed session for this portion of the meeting and reconvene in open session once the projects have been presented and approved). b) ARDL 4. Clerk Report: Joanna Justesen 5. FY26-Q3 UCC SERA Tracking, Financial, and all Utah State Auditor reports for submission and reimbursement; bring up January-March payouts to State board members to Mike to issue out checks to board members. 6. Final Budget Submission. 7. Approve meeting agenda for Thursday June 11th, 2026 8. Approve minutes from May 20th,2026 9. Financial Business: CD Board a) Deposits b) Motion needed to pay any and all outstanding bills/invoices before the board 10. Board Business: Board Members a) Upcoming projects b) Discuss the next day and time of the CD meeting. c)Other information- Clerk Payout invoice, Discussion for James Longmore and Joanna Justesen performance evaluation and wages. The meeting will now proceed into a closed session for this portion, with the final decision to be announced in the open session. 11.
