- SANPETE CONSERVATION DISTRICT MEETING AGENDA Date: Thursday, August 13th, 2026 10:00 am 32 East 450 North, Ephraim, Utah 1. Welcome and Introductions a) Approve meeting agenda for August 13th,2026 b) Approve minutes from July 9th, 2026. Is there anything else that needs to be adjusted or added to it? 2. NRCS Business: a) The board will review updates on currently obligated contracts. Members will enter a closed session for these discussions, then return to an open session for signing and approval. 3. Clerk Report: a) Submit the second transparency report. Ensure all required documents, including financial certifications, self-evaluations, and conflict-of-interest forms signed by board members, are prepared for upload to the Utah State Auditor website. b) Continue correspondence regarding the recent email sent to Mike and address necessary revisions to the June meeting minutes. Upcoming Meeting for CD Clerk both virtual. First one on August 26th 10:00am and next on August 27th 10:00am to 11:00am. 4. Financial Business/ Board Business: CD Board Members a) Any Deposits made b) Approve any debit card charges c) Upcoming projects d) SERA: Approve use of SERA funds for Supervisors attending the specified meetings (confirm attendance with Bruce and other board members as needed). 5. UDAF Business: a) Updates b) ARDL: c) Watershed: UGS (Utah Geological Survey) Kate Baustian will be presenting to give an update about the recent well and ground water survey conducted in the Sanpete area. 6. Other Business: a) Other guests b) Possible Closed Session Meeting if needed (Discussion of James Longmore Performance Evaluation) c) Adjournment.
