- MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a special council meeting on Monday, August 10, 2026, starting at 6:00 PM in the Council Chambers in Kaysville City Hall at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT. The meeting will be streamed live on YouTube, and the link to the meeting will be posted on www.KaysvilleLive.com. Comments may directed to the City Council via email at publiccomment@kaysville.gov; however, emailed comments will not be read aloud during the meeting. CITY COUNCIL MEETING - 6:00 PM The agenda shall be as follows: 1) OPENING 2) CONSIDERATION FOR ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A SPECIAL BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD ON NOVEMBER 3, 2026, FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF KAYSVILLE CITY, UTAH A PROPOSITION REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $16,500,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS; AND RELATED MATTERS 3) ADJOURNMENT Kaysville City is dedicated to a policy of non-discrimination in admission to, access to, or operations of its programs, services, or activities.
