- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA CHELSEY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CHELSEY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1 AND 2 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON AUGUST 5, 2026, AT 10 NORTH MAIN STREET, ADMINISTRATION CONFERENCE ROOM, CEDAR CITY, UT 84720 AND VIA MICROSOFT TEAMS. AT 11:00 A.M. To join the meeting via video teleconference, please use the link: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/282590084479820?p=e5LWgr3UsYC325Sw8k To join the meeting by telephone, please call 720-547-5281 and enter conference ID: 826 322 387# A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider combined board meeting for Chelsey Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2. C. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes. D. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Chelsey Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2 board meeting held on April 30, 2026 (enclosure). 2. Approve and ratify payment of claims since last Board meeting (to be distributed). E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting Q2 financial statements for calendar year 2026 (to be distributed). F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business. G. Adjourn The Districts comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
