Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on July 7, 2026. C. Public Hearing 1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on June 12, 2026, which is proposed to be adopted as the final budget for calendar year 2026 for Lomond Heights Public Infrastructure District No. 1. D. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-09, adopting a final budget for calendar year 2026 for Lomond Heights Public Infrastructure District No. 1. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure district business. E.
