- Fountain Green City Post Office Box 97 Fountain Green, Utah 84632 (435) 445-3453 Date: August 7, 2026 The Fountain Green City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on the second Thursday of the month, August 13, 2026 at 7:00 pm. This meeting will be held in the Fountain Green City Hall at 375 North State.
