- The North Logan City Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday, July 16th, 2026 in the City Council Chambers at the North Logan City offices, 2525 North 600 East, North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. The meeting will be live streamed through the following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw Opening Business: * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda * Approve minutes of previous Planning Commission meeting/s * Follow-up on issues from previous meetings Consent Items: 1. SUB-2026-08 Aspen Ridge Investors Subdivision: Review and action of a Preliminary Plat and Subdivision Improvement Plans for the proposed platting of a single building lot located at approximately 2650 N 1200 E in the RE-1 zone. Regular Business Items: 2. PUBLIC HEARING - ZMA-2026-04 - Ashborn Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) Rezone & Master Development Plan: Public Hearing and potential action regarding a proposed Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) and Master Development Plan of a 9.90 acre parcel located on the northeast corner of 2200 N and 400 E (Parcel ID: 04-061-0037) from the Residential (R-1-12) zone to the Mixed-Use City Center (MX-CC) zone. Work Session Items: 3. ZTA-2026-02 - Misc. Land Use Matrix Amendments: Work session discussion regarding potential amendments to the City's Land Use Matrix regarding Data Centers; Adult Oriented Businesses; Tattoo and Body Piercing Parlors; Vape, Smoke, and Tobacco Shops; Banks and Financial Institutions; and other potentially problematic land uses. Staff Business: * Staff Business/Discussion * Planning Commissioner Business/Discussion * Set Next Agenda/s - August 6th (regular meeting), August 20th (scheduled if needed) Adjourn
