- 1. Call to Order / Pledge of Allegiance 2. Attendance 3. Establishment of Voting Members 4. Consent Agenda a. Minutes of Meeting - 07/15/2026 b. Correspondence c. Building Permits - Review of new building permits 5. Public Comment Limited to 3 minutes per individual or group spokesperson. Members of the public may address the Planning and Zoning Commission on matters that are not listed on the meeting agenda. The Commission cannot discuss or take legal action on any matters during the Public Comment, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. To request items be placed on an agenda, individuals should contact the Chair at least three days prior to the meeting. All Planning & Zoning Commission meetings are recorded. 6. Committee / Staff Reports a. Mayors Report b. Land Use Administrator 7. New Business a. New Zones: Discussion and possible action. 8. Old Business a. General Plan: Discussion and possible action. 9. Closed Session, if necessary* Pursuant to 52-4-204 *Closed session is for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; Collective Bargaining; Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or lease of real property. 10.
